  • If we do those things, we’ll create more delightful and useful features, while doing less work, and having more fun. The outcome will be products that are loved by our users.

  • How can we present extremely complex data to our users in a glanceable and meaningful way?

  • We need to create simple and conversational feedback messages, so we’re sure that users are receiving the right message from their data. Our users need to feel understood by their app.

  • If we’re successful, using our products will be an ease rather than a chore. Users will easily find meaning in their numbers without having to do the mental gymnastics of deciphering it on their own.
